Process Characterization Software For The Transpector Gas Analysis System

TWare32™, process gas characterization software for the INFICON Transpector Gas Analysis System, is a Microsoft Windows- based application that determines vacuum system performance with baselines and monitors deviations over time. TWare32 gives users the most popular RGA functions - process monitoring, leak detection, recipe controlled operation and tuning/calibration - in a simplified system that is easy and fast to use. Since TWare32 continuously tracks a process, it functions like a "black box" aboard an aircraft, saving all the data and status of Transpector parameters to analyze conditions at any given moment. With all the data saved for easy viewing, post-process analysis is greatly enhanced.

TWare32 is preconfigured for typical process monitoring, immediately ready to show a bar graph and trend display of commonly monitored gases such as hydrogen, water vapor, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and carbon dioxide. TWare 32 is easily customized using the wizard-guided recipe editor.

For operating one Transpector system, the single-sensor version of TWare32 is a cost-effective solution. With the multi-sensor version, a variety of Transpector types can be controlled as a network from a single computer. The multi- sensor version of TWare32 also eliminates the need for a computer slot to accommodate an RS485 board, since the new TCA485 Transpector Communications Adapter plugs into an available RS232 port on the back of the PC.
